Send a tip

You are the verification network. A correction, a measurement, a story, or a pointer at what we should check next: every tip goes to a human, and nothing you send appears anywhere public unless the operator personally reviews and publishes it.

Tips are tips, not data. Nothing submitted here publishes automatically. There are no comments, no forum, no public posting anywhere on this site. A tip can become three things, always by hand: a verification task, a question we put to a company, or (with your explicit consent) an edited, anonymized Field Note.

For corrections: which page, and what you saw instead (a link to the airline's or park's page is gold). For measurements: what you measured, with what, and where. Plain words are perfect.

Objects only, never people. Seats, placards, signage, tape measures. Photos with people in them are deleted on receipt, unreviewed. Max 8 MB.

Only if you'd like a reply or want us to be able to ask a follow-up.

What happens to what you send

Plain language: we collect what you type, the optional photo, and the optional email, nothing else. It's used to check facts, ask companies better questions, and (only with the consent box ticked) publish edited, anonymized Field Notes. Every submission is read by a human; none of it is fed to ad systems or sold, ever. Want something you sent deleted? Email research@seatruler.com and it's gone.
